The volume control slider on my AirPods Pro2 are not working at all on both L & R
got them last Friday all good, but today no volume adjust slide control works, all other functions work, I have tried all the uninstall things, still not working?

Can you clarify which steps you took when you say that you to uninstall things? We want to make sure we understand the previous steps you took.
Does the same issue continue if you put your AirPods Pro back into the charging case, wait a few moments, and take them back out again? We're asking this as may help the volume slider feature work properly again.
Also, if you haven't already, you could see if resetting your AirPods Pro help, as this will make it have to reconnect to your device which may also help: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Yes placed the back and also I removed them from Bluetooth pairing and forget this device, took them out of find my, and I restarted my I phone, I checked all my sound setting, thinking you can and I had some how disabled the touch control volume
I charged them over night and still volume control on the stem is not working, volume adjustment with my iphone and watch are fine,
I received them by post on Monday 26th October and they were fine, great, then Thursday morning the 6th October, no volume adjustments would work on headphone stem control, everything else works good (noise cancelling and sound quality and volume adjustment by device)
I have taken them to Apple authorised repair and they have got them, and hopefully I will get then back soon and working.
