Yes placed the back and also I removed them from Bluetooth pairing and forget this device, took them out of find my, and I restarted my I phone, I checked all my sound setting, thinking you can and I had some how disabled the touch control volume
I charged them over night and still volume control on the stem is not working, volume adjustment with my iphone and watch are fine,
I received them by post on Monday 26th October and they were fine, great, then Thursday morning the 6th October, no volume adjustments would work on headphone stem control, everything else works good (noise cancelling and sound quality and volume adjustment by device)
I have taken them to Apple authorised repair and they have got them, and hopefully I will get then back soon and working.
