Media stops when camera is open

I use an app with a camera for work that scans barcodes, I often listen to media and sometimes it’s on YouTube (I have premium). As soon as the camera is open while youtube is playing in the background, the YouTube video pauses, but this doesn’t happen with Spotify. It also happens with Patreon is there a way to fix this? iPhone 13PM
