I preordered an iPhone 14 pro about three weeks ago, and my order situation is still in processing.

Could you please let me know if it is normal or if there is any issue?

It will remain at that status until it is being prepared to ship. If the date provided by Apple at the time of order has not passed, it should not be a cause for concern. What was the anticipated arrival date provided by Apple?

That is more than ample time for the item to be shipped and arrive.

When the item ships, Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date and tracking information. Also at that time, your method of payment will be charged.
