Unwanted message
How do I get rid of the message that appears whenever I activate the Apple Watch that appears at the top of the screen: “STOP Double Pinch”
I don’t use double pinch.

Settings/accessibility/Quick Actions/appearance and select minimal.
Or turn off quick actions and or assistive touch.
