iPhone 14 issue

Hi, my iPhone 14 pro max I got today glitched out and now I’ve got a notification stuck in the middle of my phone. I’ve tried getting someone to call or I use Siri and taking sim in and out and won’t work. I can’t shut the phone down because the screen won’t work until the notification disappears. It just weird because the phone is only a few hours old
