When Screentime Gets turned off on Main Account but it doesn't turn off on the kids iPhone. How do you turn this off?

Sounds like you need some help managing the parental controls through Screen Time on your child's iPhone. We'd be happy to help out.

Sounds like you may have only disabled Screen Time for your own device and not for your child's. To do so complete the following steps since they're best equipped to assist in solving this:

To change or turn off the passcode on your child's device, tap Settings > Screen Time > [your child's name]. Then tap Change Screen Time Passcode or Turn Off Screen Time Passcode, and authenticate the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

One thing you are going to want to check is the Ask to Buy setting. These steps are from Approve what kids buy with Ask to Buy:

How to turn on or turn off Ask to Buy

If you're a parent or guardian, use your own device to turn on or turn off Ask to Buy.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Family Sharing.

4. Tap Ask to Buy.

5. Tap your family member's name.

6. Use the toggle to turn on or turn off Ask to Buy.

Thanks for replying back, JRAltd. From your iPhone, go through the following steps:

1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time. 
2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.
3. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.

Note what you see chosen for 'Installing Apps'. Also note what shows selected under the section for 'Require Password'. You will want them to be set as Allow and Don't Require.

Once you have those set, restart both devices and see how that helps. Reply back with how it goes or what you found.
