Music / Spotify Low Volume or Quality MacBook Pro 14

Im currently having an issue only with my MacBook Pro 14, audio is very low or quality is not adequate, playing songs from Music or Spotify seems to be very low, I've tried everything and is just not improving, I've seen previous post related to the same issue wondering if I can help some assistance

It sounds like your MacBook Pro is having sound issues. We know how important listening to your music is for you, and you’re in the right place for answers.


Have you tried a normal restart of the device? This simple step can resolve issues like this. Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support


Make sure you are running the latest macOS version. Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support


Another thing to try adjusting the volume.

• To change the volume on your Mac, click the Sound control  in the menu bar or Control Center, then drag the slider to adjust the volume (or use the Control Strip).
• If the Sound control isn’t in the menu bar, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Sound . Select the “Show Sound in menu bar” checkbox. You can use the pop-up menu to choose whether to show Sound in the menu bar all the time or only when it’s active.
