Unable to hide photos iPhone 14 OS16.0.2

The hide option does not show up under the action option. How do I get this option back?

You save the photo to your camera roll and then you hide it.

Thanks for the quick reply. it looks like you only hide pictures that are in your camera roll. I prefer syncing photos for my PC to iPhone through iTunes. Previous OS versions allowed you to hide pictures when synced through iTunes. I am able to hide on my iPad, OS 15.7.
