Apple TV 4K Flashing/Loss of Signal

With 4K is enabled on Apple TV 4K to my LG UHD (4K Ultra HD, ARC set to HDMI Port 2, where the Apple TV is plugged into), intermittently it will flash to a black screen, go quiet, and then restore the picture and the Dolby vision or HDR logo will appear at the top of the screen. Other times it gets so bad that the screen flashes between black & static/snow, then goes to the screensaver of the television (despite the Apple TV still being connected). At that point I can wait and sometimes it will load the Apple TV display again or I pull the power in the Apple TV and plug it back in. If I use the built in smart tv on the LG, it streams 4K HDR with no issue.

I’ve reset/restored the Apple TV as well as:

Replaced the HDMI cables multiple times;

I’ve turned content match on and off on the Apple TV;

I’ve tried different HDMI ports;

I’ve updated both devices;

On a prior thread started by “JohnB5656” (Apple TV 4K flashing/signal loss only whe… - Apple Community) there were suggestions to go deep into the LG TV settings and change various settings, which I have done: Settings, Picture, Additional Settings, HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color - This was HDMI 2 for me, same as my ARC HDMI port; I turned off energy saving options and ensures Dolby settings were enabled;

However the issue is still ongoing.
