I accidentally deleted my text messages from my sister. Is there anyway that I can get them back?

In iOS 16 you may be able to recover recently deleted text messages.

Open imessage

Tap edit

Look for recently deleted

That doesn't matter, your operating system matters. Presumably you have updated your phone to the latest OS (settings > general > software update). So, open messages and tap edit.
