Is the Apple Store a 'participating merchant' in iOS Wallet shipment tracking?

Is the Apple Store a 'participating merchant' in iOS Wallet shipment tracking? I purchased an Apple Watch band through the Apple Store app on my iPhone running iOS 16. Purchase made on Monday. Due to be deliviered Wednesday. I have a tracking number from the Apple Store app, but the shipment is not showing up in the iOS Wallet app under Shipments. So does this mean the Apple Store is not a 'participating merchant' in the iOS 16 Wallet App shipment tracking feature? Is there a list of particpating merchants?

I had the same thing when purchasing from the Apple Store. I have also bought from a few other stores with Apple Pay and none of them seemed to be ‘participating’.

I would guess that the shipment tracking doesn’t actually work yet.
