Option-Command Repair Cannot Repair and Duplicate a Photos Library

I used Option-Command on the Photos app icon in macOS Monterey version 12.6 trying to repair a photos library. After a day-long lengthy "successful" process, I tried to drag / duplicate the 700GB library from Finder to the external Samsung T7 SSD (APFS formatted), the copying process stopped around 37GB copied and a message box says "The Finder can't complete the operation because some data in "<my> Photos Library on iMac" can't be read or written. (Error code -36)"

Any help?

I found out that there were several files in the sub-folders of the Photos Library.photoslibrary, such as ~/resources/A.. and ~/original/.. were damaged, unable to be read and written. I needed to delete the damaged files one at a time. Very time consuming in deed. Photos app Repair doesn't help. Finally I was able to duplicate the library to the external SSD.
