I had Hulu on my Apple TV yesterday and when I went to watch today the app had disappeared. It is also not listed underneath the main menu list of apps either. My updates are up to date I’ve rebooted my Apple TV. I don’t know what else to do. Any suggestions?

The ATV 3 and earlier didn't actually support apps in the sense that an iPhone or current ATV does. There was no App Store and you couldn't download things. Everything was pushed from the service. So, once the service (YouTube and ESPN a couple of years ago) and Hulu (this month) decide to stop supporting the service, it doesn't appear anymore.
The ATV 3 uses a 10-year old, obsolete operating system. Third parties services are going to continue to drop support. Ultimately, Apple will as well. I believe the original ATV is no longer supported even by iTunes.

I used thee app last night. Tonight it’s missing. This appears deliberate.
Hulu no longer lists the Apple TV (3rd generation) as a supported device, in a support document dated Oct 03, 2022.
Same here, I was using it last night, today its gone!
