I locked my old iPhone and cannot unlock it and I have no access to Itunes so I can't erase the iPhone to reinstall it

Hello. I just purchased a new Iphone 14 Pro Max and I deleted and reinstalled my old <iPhone X but I blocked it by forgetting the passcode to unlock it. I tried to enter all the passcodes I could remember but nothing and now it is permanently locked. How can I unlock it? I was trying to use Itunes to reinstall the phone but Itunes has been canceled from Mac and I cannot do anything. If I bring it to an Apple Store will they erase the phone for me? What other solution do I have? Thank you!

IF this don't work If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support then go to the apple store.
