After completing Vlog editing I forgot to create project first. Can I do it now at this stage? If yes, How do I do it?

How did you edit of not in a project? Did you edit inside a clip? Copy the contents and paste into a project.

Since you are beginning, you can save yourself many headaches and hairpulling by following these two free resources, by two great teachers (Steve from rippletraining and Izzy from izzyvideo).
