Touch screen not working properly on iPhone XR after iOS 16 update

I’ve recently updated my iPhone XR ios16 yesterday. My touchscreen isn’t working properly.

See this:

1) Restart the phone

2) Look at this: Get help with Touch ID on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

3) And this: Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
