Merge call not working

Hi,

I have problem I can't have merge calls on my iPhone 13. I updated to iOS 16 and 16.0.2 I still can't merge calls. I also don't have icon Wi-fi calling and don't have icon VoLte to turn off. I don't know what to do

Please contact your cellular carrier. Conference calls and Wifi calling are specific carrier's services.
