Battery drain & heat up after update to iOS 16.0.2

I also have the same issue. Recently got IPhone 14, currently using iOS 16.0.2. My phone gets very hot when watching videos, though this is only Facebook videos, you tube it is fine. Getting hot after only 10-15 minutes of use. Battery draining rather fast too!

Apple- is this a known fault, or does this phone need to come into store?

battery health is at 100% and I don’t have other apps running.

What model phone do you have? What is the current maximum capacity of the battery? Settings>Battery>Battery Health>Maximum Capacity.
