Activity from phone to watch
Is there a way to link your activity from your phone to your watch daily? I can’t wear my watch to work so none of my steps are counted towards my daily activity goals. Hope this makes sense.

No that's not possible,anything recorded on your phone goes straight to the health app and is separate from the watch alltogether,you can't send exercise data to the watch from the phone,it doesn't work that way.
