My apple watch series 7 paired to my hearing aids very well with my Iphone XR. I could here the telephone calls clearly. However I upgraded to 1phone 14 and apple watch 8. My series 8 watch receives the calls but I cannot hear the caller through my hearing aids. I tried to unpair my watch from the phone and re paired them. Still not working. Any suggestions would help.

Your hearing aids are MFi, Made For iPhone or iDEVICE. The Apple Watch is not an iDEVICE but should pair bluetooth to your iPhone. When a call comes to your iPhone your Apple Watch also can receive or notify you of the call but if you answer the incoming call with the Apple Watch the sound of the call is not routed to your hearing aids but the Apple Watch speaker. There has been updates to both iPhone and Apple Watch in the past few days.
