Why did Apple refund my money while iPad is preparing to ship?

Is there something wrong with my order? I ordered an Ipad pro 11, today is Oct 2nd and the estimate delivery time is Sep 27-Oct 4 but It's still in preparing to ship phase. It's gonna be delayed most likely. And they already charged my card after it turns into preparing to ship but now they giving it back. It's so weird
