Hello. I have an IPad, but I don’t have any password. This was my sisters iPad before but she’s not here and what can I do with this? it’s not available know.

The iPad is activation locked to your sisters Apple ID

If you cannot ask her the credentials you cannot use the iPad I'm afraid
