There is no hotshots option

Hotspot is a service provided by your carrier. If it was never there, then you probably never signed up for it. Contact your carrier and sign up for it.

Is there anything in the “Mobie Data” settings that might turn it on?

I was thinking it may be possible that it was a setting that was only available if your service provider has enabled that option, which is precisely what Kurtosis12 has confirmed. Hopefully it’s an option they can easily switch on for you.

Yeah, I’m not seeing anything there, either. I’m not sure what might be going on there. Has the setting previously been there, and it’s disappeared, or was it never there?
