How to Sync Chrome passwords with iCloud keychain?

I've already installed iCloud for Windows and the iCloud Passwords extension on Chrome. But none of the passwords I've saved on Chrome are showing up on Keychain. Does it only work with the passwords added after setting up iCloud on Windows? Is there no way to sync up previously saved Chrome passwords? I'd hate to have to do it manually because I have over 100 passwords currently saved on Chrome.

It sounds like you're having some questions about iCloud Keychain. We can help.

Keep in mind that not all features will work the same on a Windows PC as they do on an Apple device, however, you should be able to use this feature by following this guide: Set up iCloud Keychain.
