fitness+ freezes

Right after I did my software update for my watch, everyday my Apple fitness+ freezes about 15 minutes into work out program. I can end and resume it. But it is very frustrating.

Apple Watch Series 2, watchOS 6

If restarting the watch does not resolve the problem try unpairing the watch and re setup the watch. Sometimes setting up as new works better than restoring from backup

I did it all. Nothing works. The freeze problem doesn't happen to all the videos in my library. There is one video I can watch from start to end with no problem. Any other suggestions?
