How do I fix a 502 bad gateway on my iPhone ?

I have a problem on my iPhone 7 using the “Febbox” app because whenever I try to login, it says “Server Exception: 502”.

How do I fix this please ?

“502 Bad Gateway” error message. Just as soon as I try to sign on to “iforgot.apple.com” or “appleid.apple.com”, I get the “502 Bad Gateway” error message on my iPhone 12. Most frustrating. Signing on to “support.apple.com” works just fine.

Error message, cannot connect to server My IPad indicates that there is a problem connecting to the server. I cannot access my email or any of my apps. There is no problem connecting to the wifi and my house wifi system is working properly. I have tried resetting network connections, setting the date and time to automatic, and rebooting. Would appreciate some additional guidance from the group.

You don’t.

The developers of the app need to fix their servers.
