Accidentally opened a attached by email

I accidentally opened a spam email attachment on my iphone. Is someone will hacked my iPhone or grill the virus?

Phishing email Is it possible to do a scan of an iPhone for malware or viruses? I had a suspicious but very convincing email with a PDF attached and i would like to check my iPhone 13 is safe. Thank you
