i connected my AirPods pro to my Apple Watch and played some music on “apple music” and when the music plays it plays in slow motion

Spotify music on Apple Watch won't play through AirPods Pro Hello. I have an Apple Watch SE 2 cellular version. I have downloaded the Spotify app on the device and intended to stream music from the watch to my AirPods Pro without my phone. However, my AirPods Pro do not show up on Spotify's device list and I am unable to play the audio through anywhere but my phone and laptop. This is very frustrating. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Please help.
