Unable to update apps after phone upgrade.

Hi. I’m in a unusual situation here. I upgraded from iPhone 12 to iPhone 14 both iOS 16. Some apps need password of s different Apple ID but I don’t have access to that Apple ID anymore. Because of which I’m unable to install these apps on my new phone. Is there a way to update/install apps without an Apple ID associated to it? Like directly if possible? Thanks much! Would really appreciate any help.
