update

Hello,

I have an old iPad mini series 2 that I am trying to update to 9.3.6. It is just giving me the spinning circle and doesn't do anything. I am trying to update it to upload apps for my child but they are not compatible with the iPad. Is there a different way to update it or is it too old that the apps won't work anyway?
