Either the Wi-Fi on the watch is off, goto to Home Screen on watch, swipe up and make sure the Wi-Fi icon is highlighted.
on the iPhone goto the control center and make sure the Wi-Fi icon is highlighted and connected to internet. Open safari on iPhone and ,are sure you can connect to apple.com
