I tried out the 1 month of apple one, and then cancelled and wanted to only continue with Apple Music, it was supposed to expire yesterday and it says it did, I still have all the benefits of apple one though and I just want to pay for apple music. Anyone know how to fix this?
Sorry I didn’t explain it right, but it’s charging me the Apple Music Subscription as an Apple One Subscription, Apple Music is 9.99 and Apple One is 14.99 and I’m just trying to pay only for Apple Music without the perks of Apple One.
Any time I press on the Apple Music Subscription it takes me to renew the apple one subscription
Try tomorrow/after a few days, both cancellations are still "in process".
You screenshot shows you have nothing, re-subscribe to Apple Music, should work.
