Hello 來自澳門的楊皓勤,
If your AirPods are not showing up in the Find My app, you'll want to make sure the Find My service for the phone you set them up with is enabled. You can find this in Settings > your name at the top > Find My. You'll also want to make sure the Find My network is enabled. In Settings > your name at the top > Find My > Find My iPhone, make sure Find My network is turned on.
You'll want to check the same setting for the actual AirPods. Take the AirPods out of the case so they connect with the phone, then go to Settings > AirPods (toward the top of the Settings menu), then scroll down near the bottom of the page and make sure Find My network is turned on. Then press Show in Find My below that.
If the Find My service is enabled on the phone they're paired with, you'll also want to confirm that the software on the phone is up to date. To use the Find My app with AirPods Pro (2nd generation), the iPhone needs to be running iOS 16. If it's on an older version, it will not work. You can confirm your current version or update the device by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update.
Locate AirPods in Find My
Cheers!
