Recently I checked goole map web on safari browser , after few seconds it turned into a black screen. Did anyone have same problems? And how can I solve this issue? Please see attached files. Hardware & Safari Spec:Mac mini (Late 2014) macOS Monterey 12.6, Safari version 16.0.

The problem appears to affect only certain hardware configurations. Several fixes have been proposed, including de-selecting WebGL via Metal in Safari's Develop menu: Use the developer tools in the Develop menu in Safari on Mac - Apple Support.
A definitive cause has not been identified.
