My New Apple Watch cannot access because of Icloud

I bought New Apple Watch series 7, but now I cannot access and pairing with my Iphone because Apple Watch had another Icloud sign in before.

Return the watch,whoever this watch came from originally didn't remove the activation lock and unless they do the watch is of no use to you at all.

Neither the users on this forum or Apple can help you,only the original owner can help you.
