New iPhone writing invalid sim

Ever since I bought my iPhone it has been writing invalid sim but still the problem has not corrected after several resetting of the phone

Why does my iPhone 12 keep showing as 'invalid SIM'? I have taken my phone to my carrier store where they activated an e-sim. It worked for about a week then out of the blue started doing it again. Then randomly a couple weeks later started working again. Now it happened again! This is 3 times after the e-sim was activated. Do I just need a new phone?! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If nothing works, contact your service provider and request a new sim, yours may have failed.
