Swimming workout

Yo can pause the any workout by briefly depressing the crown and side button at the same time. Then you can turn off water lock and stop the workout.

That that w iwatch OS 6 to turn off waterlock you depress and hold the crown until the water lock turns off.

Note with Ultra you can pause a workout by depressing the new side button opposite the crown

Turn the water lock off then swipe right on the screen and tap on end,then scroll to the bottom and tap "done".
