Battery drainage problem under IOS 16.0.2

I have battery drainage problem after updating to IOS 16.0.2 for both iPhone 12 Pro Max (512Gb) and iPhone 14 pro max (256Gb) !

After updated to IOS 16.0.2 , my iPhone 12 PM became very hot all the time and auto shut down ( showing a thermometer high temperature logo ) itself and iPhone 14 PM became zero battery left ( unnoticed ) after one night( fully 100% charged before sleep ) !

Anyone has the same problem please??
