I recently traded my phone in for the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Before trading the old phone in, I forgot to reset my password on my Apple Watch. Since I do not have the old phone, and do not know my Apple Watch password, what can I do? Am I able to take it into a store and have it reset with a receipt?

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
