External workout app not showing in Activity rings

I use an external workout app (Orangetheory Fitness) and after each workout, I typically open the OTF app and the data from the workout automatically flows to the activity app and closes my rings.

However, I updated my phone and watch yesterday and today my activity didn’t flow over. It shows as a workout in Activity but those calories/ mins are not reflected in my rings.

I tried uninstalling and redownloading the OTF app but still having the issue.

Any suggestions?
