Apple wallet

Why are new boarding passes and tickets disappearing from my Apple wallet? They show in there for a period of time but then disappear usually within a few hours or a day.

I have recently downloaded tickets for a sporting event into my wallet multiple times from ticket master, and every time without fail in a few days they just disappear from my wallet. It is extremely frustrating and I can find no real answer on why this continues to occur. The events have yet to happen so this is not an issue with expired tickets.

apple wallet tickets disappear Many times I add a ticket to my wallet and once I'm at the venue it isn't there anymore. It isn't in expired passes either. I have to add it again to use it. I recently purchased some tickets, and added to my wallet on Monday, for an event in March (March 2023). I just checked and they aren't there anymore. They aren't in expired either. Some type of wallet glitch?

Active Tickets Disappear from Apple Wallet Recently, the Apple Wallet on my iPhone has been losing a variety of tickets, most recently my NFL tickets. It has completely deleted (1) Vikings/Lions tickets In Minneapolis, (2) Vikings/Bears tickets In Minneapolis, (3) Vikings/Dolphins tickets in Miami, (4) parking pass in Miami. I deleted the expired tickets i toggled the expired passes several times. has this happened to anyone else? help!

check in the expired section. You may have to contact the ticket issuer and have them reset the tokens/permissions/certificates for the passes. Go to Settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>show expired passes - turn that on.
