I have been receiving harassing calls from someone who is blocking their number. My phone lists the incoming call as “No Caller ID”. Can someone please suggest a reliable app that will trace back and show me the name and number of the person calling? There are so many on the market and I want to use the one best recommended by IPhone users. Thank you!

I'd start by seeing if your carrier offers an app. I'm currently using the app from my carrier (Verizon) and it works well enough for my purposes. One that I have used before was called NoMoRoBo. There is a monthly subscription fee.
