7" wrist is 178mm
Looking at some of the watch/watch band styles it appears that any of the three watch sizes (series 8 41 and 45mm, and 49mm Ultra) will work for you. You will have to check with the different watch sizes and band styles. For some band styles you have to select a band size but for others there is only one band size.
