Xcode update is stuck

I tried restarting the computer and closing and reopening the App Store. There is no way to cancel or restart this. It's stuck like this overnight. How can I fix this?

Xcode update is stuck Dear Readers, I have a Mac mini, Ventura OS, I have tried to update Xcode to 14.3.1. (latest version), but while I was updating it, the process stopped, I am unable to pause the downloading too. The downloading has two parts; one 1,61 GB, and another part nearly 7,5 GB. I am able to achieve to download the first part almost always (some times it has stopped also), but the second part always stopped. My connection seems to be good, but the bandwidth is approximately 2 MB/sec (I have a 4G modem, and the bandwidth is approximately 40MB/S). What can I do to solve it?

App update getting stuck in app store when trying to update any app, though it works most of the times, but many times, update gets stuck at some point (especially with xcode). It just reaches some point and then doesn't show any progress and then there is only one thing to do, cancel the update which is really frustrating. It seems an issue with app store as it is not specific to any app (as I saw the problem with xcode and numbers).

I checked activity monitor and installd process is using 94% CPU. I will leave it for a while (plugged in) and then try deleting and downloading Xcode 14.0.1

It completed installation after some time. Check the Activity Monitor to see if installd is active.
