Report Junk when deleting message

I have not come across this issue. So, it is probably a bug with the install.

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update, and how you have troubleshot this thus dare.. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

Restoring to Factory Settings:

If you wanted to, you could restore your iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. All would be erased, the phone number would reside, and you'd log in anew to everything. Perform as instructed here, including the backup: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

It isnt a bug it is a horrible annoying message that pulls up every time you delete a message from someone not in your contacts. I have hit it by accident when i dont want to and I would not use it anyway. It needs to at least be able to turn off.
