Did you just changed carriers and inserted a new SIM card from a new carrier in your iPhone? If YES, then the “SIM not supported” means that your iPhone is locked to the previous carrier that it worked with. Contact that carrier and ask about the requirements to get your iPhone unlocked so that it can work with other carriers.
