An email account can send Mail but not receive on Mac Mini, DSL or Wifi, with the same server settings. From a laptop on WiFi, can receive and send. Have other email accounts with same Internet provider which work fine. Running on Monterey 12.6, Mail16.0 on both. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hi, thanks for responding.
I had done that already. I created the account on Thunderbird and it worked fine in both directions. I called Apple Mail support, and a lady called Kim said she spotted "a few issues" unspecified which she cleared, now it's working fine.

I would delete the account and recreate it.
It has been a bit intermittent, so I hope the solution holds......
Sends but doesn't recieve.
