iPhone 12 mini not receiving calls and calls not going through

Most calls to me are not getting through (doesn’t ring) and when I try to call, my calls are not connecting. I have to power off my phone to get a call through. Almost every time i use it. Honestly, I don’t get many calls, but it is really annoying to have to shut down my phone almost every time! Texts come through fine.
