Whenever I play games like Codm , among us , and even when ever I open some apps my iPad starts lagging . Before iPad os 15.6 my iPad was nice and tidy after upgrading to 15.6 to 15.7 my iPad is slow like a turtle.

After ANY iOS/iPadOS upgrade/update, you should ALWAYS perform a simple hard reset of your Apple mobile device.
For iPad models with a Home button, do a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake/power button simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.

Try quitting those app by sliding a finger upward on each app window to quit an app.
How many background running Website tabs do you leave open in the Web browser?
Close all unecessary Website tabs.
