Unknown payments

Every month Apple are taking £7.99 from my account. I had iTunes for 3 months for free but cancelled it before the 3 month was up as I couldn’t afford to pay for the monthly subscription. I no longer have iTunes but I am being billed every month. Can I claim this money back and does anyone know who I contact to stop these monthly charges?
